Well, quite frankly, I am narked.
As we enter Week 3 of Lent I have not lost any weight by giving up chocolate, but have put it on. #FML
So when I started I was 12st 2lbs and Wednesday morning I weighed 12st 3lbs. RUBBISH.
However, in trying to find some positives from the last couple of weeks, my skin is much clearer and I have had nowhere near as many breakouts as I normally would. And that does make me happy.
So again I carry on..
I have also put back on my FitBit Flex so I can track my activity.
And as Spring starts to slowly appear, I am more ‘up’ for eating salads, so will be making an effort this week to plan my lunches better and swap some sandwiches for some home-made salads.
